How to win the setup with one bar and a "band" on top holding the prize?

Toreba prize watcher replay segment isn't working for me right now. I was wondering what the strategy / trick is to win the prize with this setup? and how many turns it takes on average
It's a box(prize) with a bar on the bottom, and a thick stretchy tube on the top holding it in so it's not falling down.
Top Comment: PSA: There is a piece of tape on the prizes under the rubberband/tube. The machine needs to be played enough times for this tape to slowly be moved out from under the band. After that, it can take anywhere between a few tries to a whole bunch more (still) depending on the strength of the claw and the claw type. Some claws have rubber/plastic pads which makes them a little easier to physically move the box side to side, some have metal claws which make em easier to lift the boxes higher (more forceful drops when the claw releases), some are strong, some are weak. These machines are honestly some of the most "fair" ones I have seen because it's mostly about luck and very little skill aside from claw positioning as the box moves out from under the band. The only tip I can provide (if you're starting from scratch or just about to finish) is try to get a little horizontal movement. This will not work with weak claws but it can shift the box a tiny bit to pull the corner out from under the band. Remember, you want the boxes center of mass as far away from the bar/band as possible. Makes it easier to forcefully pull the box out when the claws drop it. Remember grade school physics! Longer levers give you more leverage! Play for prizes with longer more rectangle boxes if you're out just to win. Wish for luck and hope for the best with shorter more cubical boxes!

I don't remember the episode, but he gave some big shoutouts to Ween and Mickey in particular in one of them. Apparently his brother's favorite band is Ween and he has a huge Boognish on his forearm.
